Responsibilities:

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
• Greet guests and help them find what they need
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience
• Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage Standards
• Execute food and beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations
• Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications
• Follow all food safety requirements
• Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled, or expired items
• Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders
• Follow proper perishable inventory procedures
• Execute sampling best practices
• Complete all required training requirements and certifications
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• Work in a safe manner at all times
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up

Requirements:

• Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred
• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
