Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support and guidance on water supply projects
• Supervising, mentoring, and training junior staff
• Guiding aquifer tests and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Analysing and interpreting data to determine the next course of action
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to data integrity and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or a closely related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of water supply withdrawal laws, regulations, and compliance practices
• Experience with aquifer pumping tests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead junior team members

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant professional license (e.g., PG, CPG)
• 40-Hour OSHA Health and Safety Training (HAZWOPER)
