reduction and value improvement through supplier management, market insights, and sourcing strategies.</li>\n<li>Supplier and Market Engagement: Profiles suppliers and assesses market conditions to strategic supplier performance.</li>\n<li>Demand Management, Supplier Readiness, and Risk Oversight: Optimizes demand and specifications to meet business needs, verifies supplier readiness for purchase orders, and monitors performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Commercial Management.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Commerce major in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.</li>\n<li>CIPS certification is an advantage.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies, including commercial negotiations and contract structuring to achieve business objectives.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the source-to-contract lifecycle, including contract implementation, governance, and performance management.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of delivering value creation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience leading commercial negotiations and managing supplier relationships.</li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across all organizational levels.</li>\n<li>Growth mindset with strong adaptability, initiative, and the ability to drive change in dynamic business environments.</li>\n<li>Experience in performance and risk management, including contractor performance evaluation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Strong
