• Help customers with the most suitable product or solution thanks to your specialised product knowledge.
• Be the point of contact for colleagues on the shop floor with problems and complex customer questions.
• Lead, coach and guide your colleagues on the shop floor.
• Set an example for your colleagues by giving proactive feedback and helping them improve in their work.
• Contribute to the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure they feel welcome.
• Actively think with the team to make the Coolblue store a little better every day.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience in a commercial role in a store.
• Experience in leading and coordinating employees is a plus.
• Ability to spot opportunities and improve.
• Giving feedback in a stimulating way.
• Excellent mastery of the Dutch language.
• You work within the opening hours of the store, working on Saturdays is no problem for you.
