Responsibilities:

• Sales in the defined area and responsibility for achieving agreed-upon sales and revenue targets
• Coordination and development of regional sales strategies
• Optimal customer care and maintenance of customer relationships in the area
• Conducting product training at the point of sale
• Implementation and management of order management
• Ensuring and optimizing agreed-upon presence (POS tools) in stores
• Continuous market and competitive observation and analysis
• Support for events, ski tests, and customer events

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in sales, ideally as a sales representative or in a comparable position
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and goal-oriented
• Very good organizational skills and high attention to detail and service orientation
• Analytical skills and experience in handling sales data
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Driver's license class B
• High willingness to travel within the area of responsibility
