Responsibilities

• Manage and develop assigned portfolios, implementing defined commercial initiatives and ensuring continuity in client relationships.
• Analyze client needs and provide personalized advice on bank products and services.
• Expand the portfolio by acquiring new clients and identifying commercial opportunities in line with market potential and reference territory.
• Contribute to achieving assigned revenue, economic, and capital targets for the managed portfolio.
• Ensure high-quality service, adhering to regulations and operational and administrative requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in financial consulting and client portfolio management.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment, financing, and protection products.
• Familiarity with the reference territory, local economy, and dynamics to identify commercial opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized advice on relevant products.
• Commercial development, result-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
• Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and address business challenges responsibly and ethically.
