As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Coordinating with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
• Managing guest amenities and room supplies
• Overseeing in-room turndown service
• Supervising guest room maintenance
• Performing administrative tasks, including data entry

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Conversational Japanese proficiency
• No prior experience required, but previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset
• English-speaking ability is a plus

Working hours:

• Shift-based schedule, with example shifts: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Actual working hours: 7.5 hours per day (8.5 hours including break time)

Employment type:

• Fixed-term employee (contract employee for the first year)
