The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and booking travel for individuals, organizing and completing bookings in a timely manner, compiling and analyzing descriptive statistics, and creating movement data files.</p>\n<p>The Movement Operations Associate will work under the general supervision of the National Movement Operations Manager and direct supervision of the Senior Movement Operations Associate.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating, scheduling, and booking travel for individuals</li>\n<li>Organizing and completing bookings in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Compiling and analyzing descriptive statistics</li>\n<li>Creating movement data files</li>\n<li>Identifying and assigning escorts to accompany vulnerable individuals</li>\n<li>Processing exit permission paperwork and travel documents</li>\n<li>Conducting identity and document verification</li>\n<li>Providing pre-departure counselling</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with 5 years of work experience or a bachelor&#39;s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience.
