You will work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor, making changes to sales floor merchandise displays, conducting weekly price change workload, and completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments</li>\n<li>Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience</li>\n<li>Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude</li>\n<li>Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience</li>\n<li>Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests</li>\n<li>Assist with truck unload process and stock product to the sales floor</li>\n<li>Make changes to sales floor merchandise displays</li>\n<li>Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately</li>\n<li>Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy</li>\n<li>Support execution of major transitions</li>\n<li>Maintain interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness</li>\n<li>Accurately execute all fills and organize and store reserve product</li>\n<li>Process all inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy</li>\n<li>Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits</li>\n<li>Operate powered equipment to move merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom (if certified)</li>\n<li>Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy and follow equipment guidelines</li>\n<li>Follow processes accurately with attention to detail, monitor own progress, and prioritize tasks</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance</li>\n<li>Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you should:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enjoy interacting and helping others</li>\n<li>Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role</li>\n<li>Be open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts</li>\n<li>Have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members</li>\n<li>Be able to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment</li>\n<li>Be able to work both independently and with a team</li>\n<li>Be able to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot</li>\n<li>Have attention to detail and follow multi-step processes</li>\n<li>Be capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We offer competitive benefits, including financial, education, well-being, and more.
