You will build, program, and maintain autonomous aircraft for flight, work with Test Engineers on various operational tasks, and assist with product installations at test sites.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with test, system checkouts, fly, and provide feedback on Precision Engagement Systems.</li>\n<li>Build, program, and maintain autonomous aircraft for flight.</li>\n<li>Work with Test Engineers on operational tasks such as flight execution, material prep, and supporting test profiles.</li>\n<li>Assist with product installations at test sites.</li>\n<li>Assist Site Manager and onsite team with maintenance, including managing office supplies, cleaning, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.</li>\n<li>Travel between test sites depending on testing requirements and team needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>RC, RPIC, or Pilot-operator (PIC) experience on fixed-wing commercial and/or defense Group 1-3 aircraft.</li>\n<li>Ability to get and maintain a FAA part 107 certificate and FAA Part 61 ground school completion.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with flight controllers and autopilot logic.</li>\n<li>Significant knowledge and understanding of National Airspace regulations and operating restrictions.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to own a variety of tasks in an autonomous environment.</li>\n<li>Able to work extended hours as required.</li>\n<li>Strong customer service and organizational collaboration mentality.</li>\n<li>Small UAS maintenance experience.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>LiPO/LiON battery handling experience.</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in aerospace, electrical, software, or mechanical engineering.</li>\n<li>Experience with developmental and operational testing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The salary range for this role is $77,000-$120,000 USD per year.
