Here, there&#39;s no limit to what you can achieve.</p>\n<p>As a Health, Safety and Crisis Management Officer, you will contribute to the deployment of the company&#39;s Health and Safety policy and participate in the preparation and management of crisis situations.</p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Health and Safety at Work (60%)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate and prevent occupational risks</li>\n<li>Participate in the evaluation of occupational risks and update the DUERP</li>\n<li>Develop and monitor prevention action plans</li>\n<li>Analyze risk situations and propose corrective actions</li>\n<li>Write and update PAPRIPACT</li>\n<li>Monitor health-safety indicators and produce associated dashboards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Advice and Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise managers and directors on health-safety issues</li>\n<li>Raise awareness among employees of good prevention practices</li>\n<li>Participate in internal communication and training actions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Accidentology</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze work and commuting accidents</li>\n<li>Identify causes and monitor corrective actions</li>\n<li>Carry out necessary reporting and analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare elements for exchanges with the CSE/CSSCT</li>\n<li>Collaborate with site referents, the occupational doctor, CARSAT and competent bodies</li>\n<li>Participate in the animation of the network of local referents</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Regulatory Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with legal obligations in terms of Health and Safety at Work</li>\n<li>Monitor regulatory controls</li>\n<li>Manage personal protective equipment (PPE)</li>\n<li>Carry out or coordinate site visits and monitoring of associated action plans</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Business Continuity (10%)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the deployment and updating of continuity and business recovery plans</li>\n<li>Monitor associated actions and exercises</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Crisis Management (30%)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consolidate and validate dashboards related to major events</li>\n<li>Analyze trends, indicators and operational needs</li>\n<li>Help manage and coordinate crisis situations</li>\n<li>Prepare reports to inform decision-making</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Occupational Health and Safety, QHSE, HSE, Risk Prevention, Risk Management or equivalent</li>\n<li>First significant experience in an occupational health and safety function</li>\n<li>Experience in a multi-site environment would be appreciated</li>\n<li>An appetite for crisis management, business continuity or performance management is a real asset</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations</li>\n<li>Mastery of DUERP and risk prevention approaches</li>\n<li>Accident analysis and action plan monitoring</li>\n<li>Creation and management of dashboards</li>\n<li>Good mastery of Excel and office tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable Qualities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rigor and organizational sense</li>\n<li>Analytical and synthetic mind</li>\n<li>Ability to work transversely</li>\n<li>Relational ease and ability to federate</li>\n<li>Autonomy and sense of responsibility</li>\n<li>Discretion and sense of confidentiality</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time CDI</li>\n<li>Annual bonus on objectives (maximum €3,000)</li>\n<li>RTT</li>\n<li>Restaurant vouchers</li>\n<li>Teleworking (3 days a week)</li>\n<li>Variable hours (start between 8am and 9:30am -
