As a Receptionist Rotational, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming and taking care of clients with courtesy and attention from arrival to departure;
• Contributing to client satisfaction by ensuring quality service throughout their stay;
• Helping achieve qualitative and economic objectives of the service;
• Handling client objections and remarks by providing adapted responses within the best possible delay;
• Managing client check-in and check-out in accordance with internal procedures;
• Transmitting necessary information to other services and team members;
• Managing the cash fund entrusted to you.

Your personality, smile, know-how, and interpersonal skills will contribute to client satisfaction.
