We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Full-Time Receptionist to join our busy Family Practice and Urgent Care. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to patients and families while ensuring the front office operates efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service-related field; medical office experience preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under stress with frequent interruptions
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours:

  • Clinic Hours are Mon-Fri 8-8 and Saturday 8-3
  • This position will be for day hours with occasional ability to cover night and Saturday as needed.
