Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical recommendations for our products to industrial customers
• Prescribing our products to industrial customers in your region
• Identifying and regaining market share from competitors
• Working closely with our technical service team to ensure successful implementation of our products
• Managing your files and coordinating European approaches for international companies
• Spending 80% of your time on-site with customers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field
• Equivalent experience in business-to-business sales
• Excellent sales and telephone prospecting skills
• Fluency in English (with the ability to participate in regular European meetings)
• Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM, Office365, and AI
• Project management skills
• Leadership and negotiation skills
• Optimal organization and efficiency

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with Sales Force
• Strong technical knowledge and enthusiasm for technical products
• Team-oriented mindset

This is a hybrid role based in Rouen or Caen, with the possibility of traveling up to 80% of the time. The position is full-time and permanent.
