As a Food Service Expert, you will create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations
• Upholding and maintaining the execution of Food & Beverage standards and Pizza Hut brand standards
• Executing Food & Beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, and data accuracy
• Producing, packaging, and labelling items to specifications
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and inviting dining area for guests
• Making changes to salesfloor merchandise displays as directed
• Following proper perishable inventory procedures and food safety requirements
• Using sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
