We are seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations. As a Chef with Sodexo, you will prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services, work in a high-volume catering environment, maintain food safety and HACCP standards, deliver consistent quality and presentation, and work as part of a supportive kitchen team.
\nThe role is a FIFO (Fly In Fly Out) position from Rockhampton on a 14:7 roster, working 11-hour days. We offer a competitive salary package of $93,000 - $98,000 + Superannuation, a great work-life balance, meals and accommodation provided while on site, career development and progression opportunities, employee discounts and wellbeing programs.
\nTo be considered for this role, you will need to have a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens, strong food safety and hygiene knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
