You will own the site&#39;s quality and food safety management system, build a strong food safety culture, and set and drive the site&#39;s quality and food safety strategy and roadmap together with the team.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop the site Quality function and laboratory team.</li>\n<li>Drive and continuously strengthen food safety compliance in accordance with BRCGS requirements, GMP standards, and applicable legislation.</li>\n<li>Lead audits (BRC and other), certifications, and continuous improvement activities.</li>\n<li>Own CAPA, incident management, traceability, recalls, and crisis response.</li>\n<li>Monitor quality performance, manage risks, and drive KPI improvements.</li>\n<li>Provide quality oversight across site operations and change initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least five years of experience within food safety and quality in the food industry, including experience leading a Quality team and managing quality management systems.</li>\n<li>A Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, or a comparable discipline.</li>\n<li>Extensive experience managing BRC compliance and advanced knowledge of HACCP, CIP, hygiene standards, GMP, and hygienic design in a manufacturing environment.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable food legislation and a commitment to keeping your professional knowledge up to date.</li>\n<li>Experience leading and developing within a Quality function and participating in cross-functional projects.</li>\n<li>Confidence working with Microsoft Office, ERP systems such as D365, laboratory information systems, and document management systems.</li>\n<li>Fluency in both written and spoken English.
