You will be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and responsible for partnering at various levels of the organization to drive strategic and operational effectiveness.</p>\n<p>Your main responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating inventory management, procurement, payroll, contractor/vendor management, and work order maintenance planning</li>\n<li>Supporting the maintenance and production teams, End to End team, and external partners</li>\n<li>Assisting staff in operational activities pertaining to delegated areas of expertise</li>\n<li>Participating in community outreach events representing the site</li>\n<li>Entering and validating information into computer/data systems</li>\n<li>Assisting with the onboarding/offboarding of site employees</li>\n<li>Reviewing and processing freight payments, bulk shipments, and scheduling deliveries</li>\n<li>Following and communicating payroll policies and performing audits to ensure policy adherence</li>\n<li>Supporting site initiatives and Production System improvements</li>\n<li>Assisting with grower pricing, maintaining contract/grower vendor data in SAP, and inbound/outbound trucking fleet during Harvest operations</li>\n<li>Understanding the site accounts payable process and completing payments to vendors</li>\n<li>Supporting the site expense management program and assisting site employees with completion of expense reports</li>\n<li>Supporting Production Orders, inventory management, and SAP data entry</li>\n<li>Supporting Payroll activities for site employees, including schedule and timecard management</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you should possess:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED with relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, maintenance environment, and/or related environment</li>\n<li>Valid Driver&#39;s License</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li>\n<li>Organization and prioritization skills and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Understanding of manufacturing and/or desire to learn agriculture operations</li>\n<li>Strong customer focus</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with MS Office Suite, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.</li>\n<li>Ability to rapidly connect and analyze data</li>\n<li>Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate complex analytical insights in a precise and actionable manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma plus 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, maintenance environment, and/or related environment</li>\n<li>AA/BS degree with no relevant experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In terms of compensation, you can expect a salary between $51,600.00 and $77,400.00, with additional compensation potentially including a bonus or incentive compensation.
