The incumbent will work under the overall supervision of Head of Livelihoods Technical team and the direct supervision of the National Project Officer – Livelihoods.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical guidance to field staff on the implementation of livelihoods activities
• Conducting livelihoods assessments, including labor market and supply chain mapping
• Identifying and selecting individuals, households, communities, and other target groups for livelihoods assistance
• Collaborating with local authorities, private sector actors, and other stakeholders to support livelihoods activities
• Monitoring and evaluating livelihoods activities and providing recommendations for improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Livelihoods, or a related field
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Experience working in an international environment and liaising with various partners
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management tools

Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is an advantage.
