YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_f4fc5abf-a40"},"title":"Managing Distribution Planning – Imports","description":"<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>\n<p>Diageo is seeking a talented individual to join our Supply and Manufacturing Team as a Managing Distribution Planning – Imports professional.</p>\n<p><strong>About this Role</strong></p>\n<p>You will be responsible for managing distribution planning for imported spirits, including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and maintaining an 18-month shipment plan for all imported spirits</li>\n<li>Reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cash, on-time delivery, and cost</li>\n<li>Coordinating with manufacturing plants and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply of imported products</li>\n<li>Managing value across the supply chain to minimize write-offs and double handling</li>\n<li>Acting as a single point of contact for supply centres and demand teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Process, Communication, and Performance Management</strong></p>\n<p>In this role, you will also be responsible for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying risks and opportunities to the supply plan and executing necessary changes</li>\n<li>Maintaining consistent inventory management practices</li>\n<li>Conducting root cause analysis of multiple information streams</li>\n<li>Managing product life cycles and slow-moving stock</li>\n<li>Providing input for monthly supply reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant working experience in production or distribution planning, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, particularly in SAP APO system and Business Intelligence/BW</li>\n<li>A bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as supply chain, mathematics, logistics, engineering, or business</li>\n<li>Baseline understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes</li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and PowerBI</li>\n<li>Good communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working with Us</strong></p>\n<p>At Diageo, we offer a flexible working environment that supports your wellbeing and priorities.
