As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for mapping and prospecting new clients, executing sales revenue targets, and developing strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Map and prospect new clients in the Corporate/B2B segment within Yogyakarta
  • Meet sales revenue, volume, and shipper objectives through retention and acquisition activities
  • Develop solid and trusting relationships with customers and target new business opportunities
  • Fulfill individual salesperson activities and contribute to shipper acquisition and growth
  • Assess leads and conduct pricing negotiations within the assigned framework

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role
  • Exposure to handling clients in the F&B, Packaging, and Electronics industries
  • Target-oriented, achiever, and creative mindset
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes and selling techniques
  • Experience working in a team or as an individual contributor
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools
