You will make an impact by:

• Leading efforts to drive growth through customer collaboration, new application development, and new product commercialization.
• Leveraging 3M to drive higher impact Customer Inspired Innovation programs through increased market specialization that complement product expertise.
• Building compelling value propositions for effective commercialization.
• Providing increased coordination of field trials with lead customers or evaluating local competition and marketing practices.
• Replicating and developing high impact product/market applications with a focus on new application development and efficient replication leveraging e-tools.
• Using expertise and credibility to shape industry standards, practices, and regulations.
• Harnessing insights from market and customer process expertise.
• Delivering customer and market focused training.
• Leading programs of major importance to organisation's interests leading to and/or supporting innovative applications and extensions of new and existing technologies, products and/or businesses.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Ability and willingness to effectively document technical work and present results.
• Hands-on construction and fabrication experience, particularly utilizing industrial abrasives.
• Proven capability and experience in leading strategic programs.
• Advanced Skills in relevant market.
• Language knowledge: native Italian speaker, advanced in English.

The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between € 50,000 and € 55,000. The position may also provide access to a variable remuneration component of up to 5.67% of the gross annual remuneration.
