You will make an impact by:

• Managing and developing strategic key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Identifying growth opportunities and executing account development plans
• Leading automation process of adhesives and tapes in key customers
• Supporting complex projects in collaboration with technical, marketing, and operational teams
• Leading annual Account Planning, including forecasting and performance tracking
• Ensuring effective pipeline management through consistent CRM usage
• Analyzing sales data to drive insights and recommending actions

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics or equivalent experience in business-to-end-user sales
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B key account management
• Knowledge of industrial or technical markets
• Knowledge of industrial/chemical products, preferably adhesives and tapes
• Strong communication, negotiation, prospecting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex initiatives
• Excellent English
• Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
• Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge in adhesives and tapes automation process application
• EAS (European Adhesive Specialist) certification
• Familiarity with AI tools and concepts

The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between € 70,000 and € 75,000. The position may also provide access to a variable remuneration component of up to 30% of the gross annual remuneration.
