speed to hire, and enable sustainable workforce growth.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement, and maintain standardized Talent Acquisition processes and workflows across regions.</li>\n<li>Establish consistency in hiring practices, intake processes, and execution across the organization.</li>\n<li>Identify gaps and inefficiencies in recruitment processes and implement solutions to improve operational performance.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics.</li>\n<li>Provide visibility into the hiring pipeline, recruiter productivity, and overall funnel performance.</li>\n<li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across systems and reporting tools.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and reduce administrative workload.</li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams to implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function.</li>\n<li>Partner with Workforce Management to align hiring plans with forecasted demand.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Operations to ensure hiring supports business priorities and timelines.</li>\n<li>Work with Marketing to align sourcing activities and campaigns with hiring needs.</li>\n<li>Ensure proper use and governance of Talent Acquisition systems, trackers, and reporting tools.</li>\n<li>Support transition and optimization of ATS and related platforms (e.g., Paybooks).</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation, process standards, and operating procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>5–8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, analytics, or a related field</li>\n<li>Experience supporting high-volume or global hiring environments preferred</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in reporting and data tools (Excel, Power BI, Looker, or similar)</li>\n<li>Experience with process improvement, workflow design, and operational optimization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capability</li>\n<li>Process-oriented with attention to detail and execution discipline</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple
