The pay range for this role is $20.82 - $37.45 per hour, with potential additional compensation in the form of a shift differential.

As a Seasonal HR Specialist, you will be a strategic partner to leaders and team members, delivering HR services with accuracy, consistency, and care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing guidance and operational support to help leaders and team members navigate HR processes and organisational change
• Ensuring timely completion and accurate recordkeeping of required training
• Applying established best practices and standard procedures to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance needs
• Interacting regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of administrative experience
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems (e.g. Excel, Word, O365)
• Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate with all levels of organisation
• Ability to work with highly confidential information and make fair and consistent decisions
