The successful candidate will assist in implementing procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, preparing evaluations and recommendations, issuing Purchase Orders or Service Agreements, and ensuring the delivery of goods/services in accordance with IOM procurement guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, reviewing, and processing incoming procurement requests

• Generating monthly reports on open items and reviewing and sharing updated reports with the Supply Chain Officer

Requirements:

• Secondary school certificate with at least four years of relevant experience in supply chain management/procurement
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Business Management/Stock Management with relevant experience
• Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• High level of computer literacy, including MS-Office and knowledge of SAP/Oracle

The successful candidate will provide driving services for IOM vehicles in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner to support projects and operational activities in the area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Drive IOM vehicles and transport authorized personnel.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance of assigned vehicles and ensure roadworthiness.
• Keep records of safety tools and equipment for vehicles and conduct weekly inventory.
• Ensure regular service intervals for vehicles and report any malfunctions.
• Keep vehicles clean inside and outside.
• Ensure sufficient fuel and technical readiness for field trips.
• Carry out security protocols to reduce potential threats.
• Report any accidents or incidents immediately.
• Maintain vehicle logbooks and update them regularly.

Qualifications:

• Secondary school certificate.
• Valid driving license with at least two years of experience.
• Experience in driving four-wheel vehicles, soft skin vehicles, and minibuses.
• Knowledge of driving rules and regulations and skills in minor vehicle repair.
• Good knowledge of routes within Cabo Delgado.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Experience with HF and VHF radios.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written).
