You will play a crucial role in providing direction, quality management, and leadership of the contracted effort to install C5ISR systems aboard US Naval Vessels.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, manage, and support the contracted effort by supervising program operations, developing management procedures and controls, planning and directing program execution, and monitoring and reporting progress to ensure mission outcomes are met.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Government and contractor stakeholders by serving as a primary interface and point of contact with the Government COR on technical and program/project issues; overseeing execution of Task Order (TO) requirements; managing acquisition and employment of program/project resources.</li>\n<li>Drive program performance through proper management and control of financial and administrative aspects of the contracted effort, ensuring compliance and transparency.</li>\n<li>Utilize best-practice program and project management principles (e.g., resource planning, risk and issue management, schedule and cost control, quality management) aligned to C5ISR systems delivery in shipboard installation environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#39;s degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, Computer Science, or IT discipline.</li>\n<li>Minimum 8 years overall experience.
