Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct the activities of multiple campaigns, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff
• Maintain open communication between staff and senior management
• Manage and staff operations assignments
• Monitor operations staffing, provide temporary coverage and training, and ensure excellent client service
• Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to achieve objectives
• Guide Operations Managers in meeting team and individual goals
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Assist in crafting operations procedures

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably at Director or VP level, specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations
• Strong computer skills, especially in Google Suite applications
• Ability to prepare ROI reports and present to executive leadership
• Proven track record of meeting, delivering, and exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills
• Ability to build productive business relationships with clients
• Attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Strong professionalism with foundational skills such as presentation, reliability, and discipline
• Proven ability to scale operations and strong experience in employee retention
