As a Shift Supervisor at CVS Health, you'll be a key leader supporting the store management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Management:
• Work effectively with store management and store crews
• Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews

• Customer Service:
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture
• Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

• Merchandise/Presentation:
• Price merchandise
• Stock shelves
• Execute displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise
• Reset departments following plan of action guides

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a retail supervisor

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
