As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for providing demand-oriented advice on our broad range of investment and precautionary products, with a focus on securities business.

Your tasks will include:

• Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
• Taking responsibility for caring for customers in one or more branches
• Working closely with branch teams
• Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for customers around the topic of securities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
• Completed banking training or comparable qualification
• Certified qualification as an investment advisor, which can be proven by a suitable document or acquired during the induction process
• High service competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions
• Knowledge of economic interrelationships and the capital market
