As a Shift Maintenance Fitter, you will play a key role in keeping our anaerobic digestion facility running safely, efficiently, and reliably through proactive maintenance and rapid fault response.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the plant
• Diagnosing faults quickly and carrying out effective repairs
• Supporting installation work and equipment improvements
• Driving plant reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement
• Working closely with operations teams to minimise downtime
• Coordinating specialist maintenance activities with contractors
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Supporting preventative maintenance programmes and root cause analysis

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Fitter role
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced process, manufacturing, waste, water, or industrial environment
• Understanding of planned preventative maintenance principles
• Ability to prioritise and respond effectively to breakdowns
• Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification preferred
