As a Pick and Packaging Operator at ICON, you will be responsible for the execution of accurate picking, packaging, and preparation of materials and products for shipment.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pick materials and products accurately against orders, pick lists, or system-generated instructions</li>\n<li>Inspect products and packaging for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly</li>\n<li>Carry out inventory transactions and stock movements using warehouse systems</li>\n<li>Pack products to the required standards, ensuring appropriate packaging materials are used</li>\n<li>Load, unload, and manage conditioned gel packs and temperature-control components within designated cold rooms, refrigerators, and freezers to support the preparation of temperature-controlled shipments</li>\n<li>Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labelling and documentation where required</li>\n<li>Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with company SOPs, quality requirements, and safety procedures</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment</li>\n<li>Operate warehouse equipment and material handling equipment where trained and authorized</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field</li>\n<li>1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area, preferably in a global or multi-site environment</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams</li>\n<li>Solid knowledge and experience of relevant warehouse, logistics, and inventory management systems (e.g., PMD, COMET, Modula, RAMOS, SAP, or equivalent systems)</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and understand and action when issues should be escalated</li>\n<li>Transportation and Packaging knowledge and understanding</li>\n<li>Effective Communicator, written and verbal</li>\n<li>Customer and people-focused with strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p>ICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.
