• Create customized portfolios and wealth plans using RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources.
• Foster long-term, trusted relationships with clients and establish reciprocal relationships with RBC partners.

A few details about what we’re looking for:

• 4-6 years of outbound sales experience with a comfort level earning 100% commission.
• Completion of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE, and the Retail Securities Exam (RSE) or willingness to complete prior to start date.
• Passion for financial planning and portfolio management with strong relationship-building skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and high-value sales and business development.
• Completed certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
