To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A technical secondary education diploma, preferably in logistics, or equivalent experience
• Previous management experience is an asset
• Fluency in French and proficiency in Dutch or English
• Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Initiative-taking and independent work style
• Ability to switch between tasks quickly and adapt to new processes and procedures
• Experience with key performance indicators and data analysis
