Technicians are often the first point of contact to assist patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience. You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly, patients&#39; prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and provide caring service that exceeds patient expectations.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Live our purpose by following all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage and improve patient health</li>\n<li>Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment</li>\n<li>Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and genuine care</li>\n<li>Complete basic inventory activities, such as accurately putting away medication deliveries and completing cycle counts</li>\n<li>Contribute to a high-performing team, embracing a growth mindset, and being receptive to feedback</li>\n<li>Remain flexible for both scheduling and business needs, while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging team dynamic</li>\n<li>Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles</li>\n<li>Deliver additional patient healthcare services, such as immunizations and point-of-care testing, where allowable by law and supported by required training and certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If permissible, the Pharmacy Technician may also support immunizations, which includes the following responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete additional licensure and training requirements to obtain Technician Immunizer status</li>\n<li>Educate patients about the importance of vaccines and refer patients to the Pharmacist-on-duty for vaccination questions</li>\n<li>Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions</li>\n<li>Review and collect patient information</li>\n<li>Monitor and manage vaccine supplies</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy</li>\n<li>State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state</li>\n<li>Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends</li>\n<li>Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe</li>\n<li>Attention and Focus: ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time, pivot quickly from one task to another, and confirm prescription information and label accuracy</li>\n<li>Customer Service and Team Orientation: actively look for ways to help people, notice and understand patients&#39;
