Active TS/SCI","description":"<p>GuidePoint Security is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Cyber Security Project Manager to support project management and daily operational duties of overseeing a professional services cybersecurity engineering contract provided to a federal customer.</p>\n<p>The Senior Technical Project Manager will be required to demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive cross-functional teams and manage complex security initiatives.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a team of cyber security engineers delivering cybersecurity projects using established project management methodologies</li>\n<li>Define project scope, cost, success criteria, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints with stakeholders</li>\n<li>Design and implement global technologies and services to meet the Federal Region&#39;s business needs</li>\n<li>Manage development teams on system design and gap analysis, in addition to prioritization of critical strategic components of the deployments</li>\n<li>Coordinate the collection of business requirements across multiple regional partners</li>\n<li>Direct the rollout of new and existing functionality to multiple agencies</li>\n<li>Develop measures to define progress and success</li>\n<li>Establish ongoing reporting requirements and key performance indicators for confirming return on investment</li>\n<li>Maintain project budgets and forecasts</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain contract management plans, project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule and budget</li>\n<li>Collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals, and commitment to timelines and deliverables</li>\n<li>Work at an individual and team level to develop project growth and opportunities beyond initial project scope</li>\n<li>Own all project communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>MUST have an active TS/SCI clearance for consideration</li>\n<li>7+ years of direct Project Management experience</li>\n<li>5+ years of managing a technical team focused on Cyber Security or Operations</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience managing a Program with over 10 people</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in public sector/DOD/IC contract management</li>\n<li>A BS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent hands-on experience in software engineering or IT infrastructure</li>\n<li>Required Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification</li>\n<li>Required Security+ Certification</li>\n<li>Knowledge and awareness of the certification in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework standards
