The successful candidate will partner with the business to maintain a positive and productive employee environment, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Industrial Relations & Employee Relations, including union engagement, grievances, and disciplinary cases
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits
• Driving employee welfare activities and acting as an interface between employees, union, and management
• Planning and executing annual Training & Development and Employee Engagement calendars
• Managing contract workforce compliance, attendance, and related HR processes
• Preparing HR/IR dashboards and supporting manpower productivity and workforce optimization initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6-10 years' experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/unionized factory environment
• Strong knowledge of IR, ER, labour laws, and statutory compliance
• Prior experience in Welfare Officer responsibilities preferred
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, IR, or equivalent
• Fluency in Marathi and Hindi, with good communication skills in English
