Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies across the cluster
  • Drive revenue performance (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy)
  • Lead Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management functions
  • Build and maintain key client relationships
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Work closely with General Managers to achieve business goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Approximately 7+ years of experience in hospitality commercial roles
  • Background in Sales, Revenue Management, or Marketing
  • Leadership or team management experience preferred
  • Experience in multi-property or cluster roles is a plus
  • Experience in international or lifestyle/luxury brands is an advantage

  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and results
