The role would include building team capability, embedding consistent service and quality standards, supporting strategic client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth across the region.</p>\n<p><strong>Candidate criteria</strong></p>\n<p>To express interest in possible future opportunities, attorneys must:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a U.S.-licensed attorney with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience.</li>\n<li>Have substantive U.S. immigration experience; consular processing experience is strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate an interest in future opportunities within FCP and, ideally, have a personal or professional connection to a Latin American country.</li>\n<li>Be fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
