In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Creating an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience
• Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
• Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
• Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
• Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests
• Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor
• Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments
• Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately
• Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
• Supporting execution of major transitions
• Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• The ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
• The capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
• The ability to work both independently and with a team
• The ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
