As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via our myTime mobile scheduling app.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience</li>\n<li>Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues</li>\n<li>Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas</li>\n<li>Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude</li>\n<li>Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests</li>\n<li>Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor</li>\n<li>Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments</li>\n<li>Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately</li>\n<li>Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy</li>\n<li>Supporting execution of major transitions</li>\n<li>Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you should have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members</li>\n<li>The ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment</li>\n<li>The capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes</li>\n<li>The ability to work both independently and with a team</li>\n<li>The ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We offer competitive benefits, including financial and education benefits, well-being and beyond.
