  • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute client contact strategies
  • Champion digital enablement by promoting RBC's mobile application and wallet

Requirements:

  • Agricultural background or education/experience in Ag Lending
  • Proven track record in sales and business development with exceptional client relationship management
  • Credit skills including risk assessment and financial analysis
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology
