As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for providing a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted beverages and managing food quality and freshness.

Your typical day will include:

• Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
• Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
• Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
• Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
• Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
• Upholding and maintaining the execution of Food & Beverage Standards
• Executing food and beverage processes, including replenishment, inventory accuracy, and food safety
• Supporting the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Maintaining an inviting dining area for guests
• Engaging with guests to meet and exceed their expectations
• Producing handcrafted beverages and food to specifications
• Following all food safety requirements and completing cleaning tasks
• Locating and identifying damaged, recalled, or expired items
• Ensuring accurate in-stocks and following proper perishable inventory procedures
• Executing sampling best practices
• Completing all required training requirements and certifications
• Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• Working in a safe manner and complying with all safety policies and best practices
