As a seasonal team member, you will:

• Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
• Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are excited about working in a fun and energetic environment

• Are able to stock, set, and sell Target products
• Are not looking for a traditional Monday-to-Friday job with a computer-based role

• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate regular attendance
