Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, coaching and guiding the team, carrying out assessments, and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
• Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each resident
• Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation

Requirements:

• Valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
• Confidence in offering clinical guidance for care teams and contributing to CQC tasks
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Ability to build connections with residents and their families
