As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to patients every day.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions

• Demonstrating ethical conduct and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks over a period of time without distraction
• Excellent customer service skills to help people in a friendly manner

• Mathematical reasoning to solve problems, such as calculating day’s supply of a prescription
• Ability to resolve problems and make sound judgments

Physical demands of the job include:

• Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
• Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks
• Picking, pinching, typing or working primarily with fingers
• Extending hands and arms in any direction
• Bending, stooping and lifting up to 30 lbs

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service setting
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• PTCB National Certification
