The role operates on a weekly rotating three-shift pattern: night (22:00–06:00), early (06:00–14:00), and backshift (14:00–22:00), from Sunday night to Friday backshift.

Key responsibilities include:

• Compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental, and HMRC requirements
• Following standard operating procedures and reporting hazards or incidents
• Ensuring safe movement of casks and spirit
• Maintaining product integrity and quality assurance standards
• Supporting the Site Management Team and participating in operational review meetings
• Operating Maturation equipment safely and efficiently
• Training and coaching colleagues when required

The ideal candidate will have:

• A good understanding of occupational wellness procedures
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer/digital literacy and good numerical skills
• A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
• A valid UK driver's license is preferred
