As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 warehouse operatives, ensuring safety regulations are followed, providing training and development opportunities, supervising non-conformity treatment, and optimising warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a team of warehouse operatives, focusing on safety and efficiency
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
• Supervise non-conformity treatment and documentation
• Ensure smooth operations, including receipt, storage, stock removal, and dispatch
• Organise product and document flow
• Offer technical support to colleagues
• Monitor performance indicators and update stock systems
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Deploy change and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Hold a Bac+2 qualification
• Possess CACES 1, 3, 5, 6, R485, and R489 certifications
• Ideally have a logistics or warehousing specialisation
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehousing and team management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset

Salary range: EUR 31,350 to EUR 52,250 per year
