The successful applicant will be working in a residential service providing assessment and support for adults living with Learning Disability diagnosis, Autism or Mental Health.

The role involves:

• Providing support in a person-centred way that promotes independence and social inclusion
• Supporting individuals to maintain a home of their own and lead rich and fulfilled lives
• Complying with all regulations as defined in policies, supervisions, and training sessions
• Attending supervisions, team meetings, and training sessions
• Providing good communication to manager and colleagues

The ideal candidate will have:

• A caring and respectful approach to supporting others
• Ability to work flexibly and think innovatively
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to upholding professional standards, policies, and procedures
• Experience in care or support work (desirable but not essential)
