You will make an impact by:

• Leading and supporting projects within the extended cross-functional Electrical Market Division (EMD) team, improving processes, machines, material flows, with the ultimate goal of reducing unit cost to drive product competitiveness on the market.
• Supporting Production in Continuous Improvement projects, as well as training operators on best practices and SOPs.

The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between €40,000 and €45,000. The determination of the final starting remuneration within this range will be agreed taking into account the Company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective and gender-neutral criteria, including professional qualifications, relevant work experience, skills and competencies possessed, and the level of responsibility associated with the position.
